Heddon's Mouth, Devon

As the name implies, this bay lies at the mouth of the River Heddon on the North Devon coast. The Nearest car parking is close to the Hunter's Inn pub, which is located down some small, minor roads off the main A39. From the Hunter's Inn, there's a footpath which follows the river for about a mile to the coasr. Once here the beach mainly consists of pebbles, some rocky outcrops and a little sand.
Facing north/north-west means that it's a good sunset location in the late spring, summer and early autumn.
